Saturday’s class is Restorative yoga—a gentle, slow-paced movement practice that focuses on long holds in a few poses, stillness, and deep breathing. The goal is to help the body and mind relax and recharge, all while moving into positions without pain or strain.
All are welcome to join! The class is appropriate for every age and level, including beginners.
