Don’t miss our awesome community yoga class!

Wednesday’s class is Vinyasa style—a dynamic type of yoga that connects poses together in a flowing sequence using breath to guide movement. This method builds strength and increases flexibility, all while helping you relax and de-stress.

All are welcome to join! The class is appropriate for every age and level, including beginners.
